How do you do this???

I cannot figure out where i click to get a profile picture. I've been trying to find it for the past half hour and i'm feeling really stupid that i can't find it. If someone can please help me i would really appreciate it.

On the top there is a tap labled Profile. Click on that tab.
When your on the Profile tab look for the word "Avatar" on your screen.
You can either pick one of the given icons for your profile picture , or you can have your own thats not given by saving the image to your computer and placing the URL in the box it shows.
